I was extremely impressed with the service I received whilst looking for a new car at Harratts. To begin with the range of the products available was unrivalled in my area and this was a prominent reason as to why I chose to speak to one of the assistants about a particular vehicle I was interested in.
I found the assistant to be helpful, knowledgeable and comfortable to talk to. He avoided putting me in a position where I felt under pressure to commit to anything I wasn’t ready for and treated me with respect. I found the whole experience pleasurable and would happily used Harratts again for my car buying needs.
