Thank lord for Lucozade Sport Supplements
I have started at the gym recently and I have just noticed that I am well and truly over weight compared to what I thought I was! Gulp…. Time to start burning some extra calories off now then I reckon. I am going to start with plenty of cardio to help me in my goal and for recovery I am looking at the brand new lucozade sport supplements catalogue. I think Lucozade sports supplements are the best on the market, I mean they have been doing this kind of thing for years now haven’t they? I am looking at increasing my protein intake as well, to help lower the carbs.
